CBD on holidays

Many people use CBD products regularly. Especially often in summer, many people are interested in the questions: "Can CBD help with fear of flying?'', or: "Does CBD help maintain my immune system?''.

However, it is often not so easy to take CBD abroad, because you can get serious problems from it in some countries.

Can I take my CBD oil with me on holiday?

CBD oil is often one of the things that people like to take abroad. However, it is often not as easy as one might think.

The answer to this question of course depends entirely on the country you are travelling to. In the EU, for example, there is a recommendation that CBD products with a maximum value of 0.2 percent THC are okay. But here, too, the implementation looks different from country to country.

Caution: Legislation can also vary within a country. For example, the states of the USA sometimes handle THC very differently. This can also affect CBD products, some of which must first be approved by the local Department of Agriculture.

Therefore, before you travel, find out what the regulations are in the country or even the region. Make sure the information is up to date, as regulations can change quickly.

If you want to be on the safe side and avoid misunderstandings, you can take the original packaging and a list of ingredients in the local language or at least in English.

When buying your CBD oil, always make sure that you are dealing with trustworthy traders who have their products independently certified. That way, you can be sure that what's in it is in it - and you won't have to worry even in the unlikely event of an analysis.

 Buy CBD abroad:

If CBD is legal in the country, buying locally is probably the easiest and safest way to avoid missing out on the potential effects of your CBD products while on holiday. This way, you avoid the authorities becoming suspicious of possible inspections of foreign packages.

However, be careful not to buy just any product. If it is available, you can hardly go wrong if you buy the CBD product from a local dispensary.

However, if you do not intend to consume your CBD product immediately, you should not buy a product with more than 0.2 percent THC. You should therefore not take products with a concentration of up to one percent, as they are available in Switzerland, with you on your return journey to Germany.
